Do you mix adult & kids playing paintball?

On most days, adults and kids will be in mixed groups. Each group will be split 50/50 so there are adults and kids on both sides of the team.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you prefer to be in a kids/ adults only group and we can see what we can do.

Can we pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes, we accept most major credit/debit cards, there is a minimum spend of £10 per transaction.

Do we have to pre pay for our tickets or can we turn up and pay on the day?

All tickets must be pre paid in full to confirm the booking. We do this as we need to ensure we have enough staff members to help make your day as enjoyable as possible.

How many paintballs do we need on the day?

Each player is different and it’s completely up to each individual on how many they want to fire per game. The average player will use 300 – 400 paintballs for a half day session and 500 – 600 for a full day session.

Please be ready for check in 5 minutes before the stated time on your booking confirmation.

What if some players arrive late?

If players miss the start of the safety brief they forfeit their tickets and paintballs included, as we cant make all other players wait for the arrival of late comers to start the safety brief.

Can I bring my own paintballs & grenades?

Unfortunately not. Paintball sales are our income, that’s how we pay staff wages, business rates, insurance and all our other costs.

Can we buy paint & smoke grenades on the day?

Yes, grenades can be purchased and used by players over 18 years of age, ID may be required.

Can we have the paintballs of the person who dropped out?

Unfortunately not. Players forfeit their tickets and paintballs included if they have decided not to show up on the booked date and time.

Can we dress up the Stag or Hen?

Yes of course, but please bear in mind that children may be present on the day and that the safety goggles must be worn at all time when playing paintball.

Can we use the ticket of the person who dropped out towards credit in the Tuck shop?

Unfortunately not. When bookings are made we have to arrange the setup of equipment & gear for every player individually. Also as that player has pre-booked a place to play it is quite likely we have turned potential bookings away because we are fully booked for that day.

Can we drink/bring alcohol on the day?

No, we don’t hold an alcohol licence and we do not mix alcohol with paintball. If the site manager on the day thinks that a player is under the influence of alcohol you will be asked to leave due to safety reasons.
