The withdrawal of the Cadet GP weapon from cadet units has undoubtedly caused headaches for the UK Cadet Forces. As part of the Concept for Recovery, Teamforce believe they have part of an excellent solution for this issue and would like to offer the UK Cadet Forces a free event of Laser Tag Equipment (LTE) familiarisation and its benefits. This will allow attendees to see for themselves, the Cadet Cambrian Patrol field tested and proven merits of the equipment for UK Cadet Forces.
Aim of the Event
To provide all those attending, such as CTT’s, CFAV’s and UK Cadet Forces Senior staff with a full understanding of the effectiveness and functionality of LTE and how it can enhance the overall Cadet Experience into the future.
Format and Outcomes for the event
0900 hours Reception, tea, and coffee
0930 hours Introduction by Teamforce – All invited to get hands on with typical LTE
1000 hours Example of LTE integrated into a typical cadet field craft lesson

- Explain the technology, safety and cost saving benefits
- Instructor Training requirements

1100 hours ‘Into action’ – all attendees put into teams to play as the cadets would in their units!
Points make prizes and there is no hiding place on the Big Screen Scoreboard.
1200 hours Lunch and informal discussions with Teamforce staff about the LTE
1245 hours Return on Investment Presentation – marketing and using the LTE to raise funds for Cadet units
1315 hours Open Forum and Wash up
1345 hours Announce Prizes, thanks, and Departure
Summary
All cadets want to get hands on with military type kit and the Teamforce LTE can provide future proof training that will enhance the cadet experience in many areas. In addition, being able to use the LTE to fund raise in units, and to market the Cadet Offer to potential cadets and parents is a huge winner. Coupled with the lack of any significant ongoing costs or safety issues, this makes the Teamforce Laser Tag Equipment a battle winning addition to the Cadet Experience.
